Yields about 24 rum balls
6 oz chocolate chips
1/3 cup rum
2 cups vanilla wafers, finely crushed
3 tbs Red Hot Tiki Island Rum Sauce
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
or other nuts
1/2 cup sugar, plus more
to roll balls in after formed
1. Melt chocolate chips over hot water.
2. Remove from heat and stir in rum sauce and half a cup of sugar. Blend in rum, vanilla wafers and nuts.
3. Shape into balls slightly larger than the size of an acorn and roll in more sugar.
4. Let sit until cooled, then leave in air-tight container for 2-3 days.
