Getting ready for a big party? This recipe, courtesy of Coney Island Sandwich Shop in St. Petersburg, will get you 60 four-ounce servings of coleslaw! Best part? You don't even need measuring cups! This is exactly how the staff at Coney Island does it:
6 to 7 heads of cabbage, chipped
2 jars of Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise
2 jars of sugar
1/2 to 2/3 jar of apple cider vinegar
Pinch of salt
Mix everything together! After you add the mayo, use the empty jar to measure the sugar and apple cider vinegar. At Coney Island, the cooks use a buffalo chopper to make the coleslaw fine.
